Users can post questions about their specific problems with equipment ranging from computers and digital cameras to air conditioners, search for similar problems that have already been solved, or research products they are considering buying to see what kind of problems they are likely to experience. The site also offers live chats with "Premium Experts" the site's most active and highly rated problem solvers, as well as a search function for repair services when equipment can't be repaired by the end user.
